Born in India to an army officer’s family, Prayag Menon was raised all over the country’s multicultural landscape, exposing him to diverse influences. His foray into fashion was incidental when he started styling as an outlet for creative exploration. Drawing inspiration from his perspective on lifestyle, aspiration and people he interacts with, Prayag’s work resonates effortless elegance and refinement.
In 2016, Prayag was appointed Contributing Fashion Editor at Harper’s Bazaar India, which launched his editorial career. In addition, his work has also been featured in ELLE India, VOGUE India, GQ South Africa and VOGUE Arabia. Significant brand collaborations include Miuniku (LVMH Special Jury Prize winner, 2014) and Bodice Studio (Woolmark Prize winner, 2017/18).
